Katelyn (Katie) Vaas Galinat is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a 10+ year marketing and communications veteran. Flexible agility is at her life's core. Both at work and in her personal life- she works to solve for achievement through experience, intuition, collaboration, or rolling up her sleeves and figuring it out. Prior to founding Windmill M&C, Katie built a career in the Sports Marketing world working with the Indiana Pacers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and launching the XFL's Tampa Bay Vipers; as well as leading sponsorship programs for the Olympics, NFL, NCAA, MLB, and NBA. Katie lives in Tampa with her husband, young sons, and dog, where they rack up the miles swimming, biking, and running. Katie is an avid teacher of yoga, barre, pilates, splash fitness and cycle.
Kelly Bizjak is a graduate of Sant Mary's College where she studied art and education. Kelly spent many years as an elementry art teacher prior to joining Windmill Marketing & Communications as Creative Director. Her embodiment of flexibility comes from exploring her creative passions (medium of choice is clay), her 2 daughters and teaching Les Mills Sprint classes.
Katherine O'Neal is a recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame and studied psychology with minors in digital marketing and business economics. She is a photographer and creative at heart and enjoys bringing people’s vision to life. Katherine started with Windmill during her sophomore year as an intern and grew her postion through fresh ideas and ingenuity to Project Manager & Designer. She will be spending the next year as an English Teaching Assistant in the Czech Republic through the Fulbright program.
